Re-assembling the Dome

In the summer of 1995, one year after the dome was installed, it was dis-assembled and an additional one foot high wall-ring added. The picture shows the two fixed one foot wall rings and the rotating dome support ring awaiting the mounting of the four, 5 ft. high dome quadrants.
